As a spiritual outpost of First Baptist Church of Austin committed to providing a restorative space for all on their spiritual journey, we’re honored that you’re considering partnering with us. Please read through and follow the steps provided below.

STEP 1-COMPLETE OUR FACILITY USE REQUEST FORM

STEP 2-REVIEW OF REQUEST FORM

We’ll review your request form to ensure that your programming aligns and furthers our shared vision. After we’ve completed this review and approved your request, we will contact you via email to confirm the dates and the total cost to rent our facilities.

STEP 3-RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNED AND INVOICE ISSUED

Our rental agent will email you the rental agreement, our rental policies and covenants, and an invoice. After you’ve signed the rental agreement and returned it to us, and we have received payment of a minimum of 50% of your total rental fee, your dates will be confirmed on our calendar.

STEP 4-PERTINENT INFORMATION EMAILED TO YOU

Our rental agent will email you approximately seven–10 days in advance of your event with important information for your stay with us.
