At Still Waters. we specialize in small- to medium-size gatherings, with four unique spaces to accommodate from one to 50 people.

THE MAIN HOUSE
A beautiful one story, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offering a fully equipped kitchen, large sunroom, and a beautiful rock patio overlooking the front pasture and incredible sunsets. We offer overnight accommodations for 12 guests, with a maximum of 30 daytime guests.
The Main House is the perfect setting for staff and small group retreats with rates starting at $300/day.
STUDIO & PATIO
The Studio is the perfect place for meetings, workshops, classes, and artist groups/art showings. It has a large, open meeting space with plenty of natural light, a kitchenette, a full bath (with shower) and a half-bath, and tables and chairs for up to 40 people. This space is for day use only with rates starting at $300/day.
SUNSET BARN
The Sunset Barn is a large, open-air space perfectly situated in a large meadow across our beautiful wet-weather creek. It overlooks 30 acres of a wildflowers and is perfect for a wide variety of gatherings — from silent retreats to yoga classes to family celebrations. We offer the ability to rent this space for a half-day or for the full day.
The barn is 80'x25', open on two sides, and has a smooth concrete floor. It provides excellent protection from the rain and sun. Lights, fans, and plenty of electrical outlets are available. Rates start as low as $125/day.

HERMITAGE
The Hermitage is a one-room space that can accommodate one to four people. It is set up for an individual or small group to have a quiet, reflective, and creative space for a few hours or a whole day. It is equipped with plenty of electrical outlets, air conditioning, and a small heater. Rates start at $45/day.
