About the event

This class is a full body exercise class targeted for folks 50 and older. We'll cover the basic features that will get and keep your body strong, stable, flexible, and mobile. We'll start with a warm up to get your blood flowing and your heart and lungs activated. Then we'll move to resistance work to strengthen muscles, transitioning to balance and flexibility activities, ending with a relaxation phase. All of our exercises can be adapted to accomodate your abilities.

This class is provide by Lynn Rich. Lynn is a Health and Wellness coach, certified Personal Trainer, Senior Exercise Specialist and Silver Sneakers instructor. She likes to enable her clients to lead a vibrant and healthy

lifestyle through personalized movement and holistic practices.  Lynn takes special care to see that her training is customized and appropriate for each client's needs and comfort level.
